FAQ

How does the Value Portal calculate hours saved?

We record every time a run was successful and multiply it by the hours saved per run. You get to set the hours saved per run, so you can change this whenever you’d like.

What data is being shared?

We’re only storing when a scenario is completed depending on where you. We don’t store any data that flows within your scenario or anything beyond the scenario details that you provide.

How do I calculate hours saved per run?

Find the amount of hours, or partial hours such as .5 = 30 min, that it would take to complete that task manually. Now plug in that number. We recommend an educated best guess.

Where do I place my Productive Execution Logger module?

Whenever a scenario is considered completed. We know that if a scenario is on a periodic basis, it doesn’t mean that it saved time every time it ran. That’s why you place the productive logger at the end of your scenario.

Can I place multiple modules in one scenario?

Yes! Definitely add it whenever there is a router that leads to two productive executions.

What is a productive logger?

It’s a module that indicates that the scenario run is complete.

How does it work?

We use a combo of low-code tools built on Make.com, Airtable, and Softr to store scenario details and calculate the productive scenario runs.

How secure is it?

We don’t have access to your make.com account or any of the data. The HTTP module simply sends an email to a web hook that we use to parse & map to your scenario logger.

Can I stop my account?

Yes! At any point you can stop your subscription. We’ll give you your data to use as you’d like.

How much does it cost?

We’re launching to the first 10 customers completely for $1. After that, we’ll be charging $30 / month for early access.

What’s on the roadmap?

So glad you asked!
We’ll be releasing even more ROI statements, such as Money Saved, by calculating the average hourly rate x the hours saved.
We’re also rolling out monthly email capability, so you and your customers can easily get notified of the hours saved last month.
We’ll also make sharing even easier with export capabilities.
We’d love to have one-click setup. And import capabilities for a high volume of scenarios.
