Aaron is a San Diego native with a passion for solving complex technology challenges. He thrives on making sense of incoherent application ecosystems. You'll find him with a digital whiteboard and process map, asking questions and understanding customer's problems in order to find a better way of working.

Aaron has been finding innovative solutions within the HR technology space for the last decade. He started his career at Oracle as a Solutions Consultant, supporting customers on their journey to make their backoffice technology more efficient. From there, he went into the IT Consulting space working for Capgemini with a specialization in Oracle HCM Cloud. He led international implementations of end-to-end HR technology.

He joined Worksuite in 2018 as the Director of Customer Success. He quickly found his passion for leading teams and connecting with customers. He was given the ability to build out a team of expert solution architects. He innovated the implementation space by design solutions with a people-centric attitude. He expanded his knowledge into integration by leading hands-on rollout of a multitude of day-to-day applications. With over 200 implementations under his belt, there's no situation he can't face.

In his free time, Aaron loves gardening, selling real estate, and running with his beagle. He is engaged and excited for the future with his partner in San Diego. He is pursuing his IBM Data Science Certification, with hopes to lead his team at 1ntegrate into a new evolution of data management.
