Have you felt the rush of clicking on the ‘Integrate’ button on one of your software tools? Whether it’s a CRM, ATS, or accounting software, applications are eager to get you integrated with your other tools because they know that you have a stronger chance of staying with that application.
Trust me, because that was my job. I focused on building workflows that integrated with as many other tools as possible in order to create “stickiness” and prevent churn. All applications are doing it. Or at least they’re trying. But they’re not succeeding.
Look at any B2B software’s website and you’ll find two things:
An integrations page. It’ll have all the most common tools that teams think their customers need.
A blurb that says “reach out to get started” or “check out our API docs” or a link to a support page.
Sounds great, right?
Wrong.
That’s usually the start of where your hopes & dreams come crashing down.
Sure, some integrations will allow you to have no more than a couple clicks before the integration is built, but did the integration do what you wanted? I’d wager that it didn’t.
Half the time, you won’t even get past the setup stages to implement a new “pre-built” integration. You’ll hit technical jargon, start to Google support pages, and if you’re lucky, you won’t get hit with an error page. But don’t forget to remember all your passwords.
What I’m trying to say is that I’ve tried it. I’ve tried it with 50 applications over 100 times. And I’ve failed. Over and over again. I thought it’s because I wasn’t technical-savvy enough, but it’s not. It’s that the pre-built integrations don’t actually fit your needs.
That’s why I’m starting this business. That’s what I want to solve.
Integrations don’t need to take 3 months to build, and another 3 hours / week maintaining. We’ve found a way to do it faster and manage the maintenance on your behalf. This is what we do.
This is our origin story. Want to come on the ride? We’re looking for three Early Adopter customers to join us to integrate their back office tools. One spot is already taken, so I’m looking for two more.
Here’s a readiness survey to join our list.
Even if we can’t accommodate you now, I promise we’ll hop on a call in the near future to talk about your needs and see if we can help.
